Course content
1. Introduction, basic research areas in Resistance psychology, connection between Resistance psychology, health and quality of life. 2. Connection between Resistance psychology, Psychology of Sport and kinathropology focused on adventurous activities. 3. Psychological resistance and ensuring the primary and secondary human needs, physiological reaction of an organism on stressful situation 4. Psychological resistance towards the natural phenomenons and climatic conditions. 5. Personal characteristics of an individual and their effect on huham resistance. 6. Stress, GAS and its impact on current mental condition 7. Conceptions: Hardiness, Locus of Control, Sence of Coherence, Sensation Seeking Tendency, Kerr reversal theory 8. Realized researches and research methods in the field of Resistance psychology. 9. Practical examples of Resistance psychology assertions in outdoor activities and adventurous sports (climbing, ropes activities) 10. Practical examples of Resistance psychology assertion in outdoor activities and adventurous sports (rafting and wildwater, canoying, diving) 11. Practical examples of Resistance psychology assertion in outdoor activities and adventurous sports (Paragliding and parachuting, bungee jumping) 12. Crisis situations and their solution (floods, rescue operations in difficult natural conditions etc.) 13. Crisis management, integrated rescue system and its functioning, contribution of Resistance psychology and adventurous activities during training of units of integrated rescue system and army units. 14. Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with specific areas of psychology resistance. In particular for outdoor activities is a topic about which students should have deepened knowledge so that they are able to aply theoretical knowledge of psychology to practice. The course builds on the latest scientific knowledge in this area and will be completed with the current issues in the field of crisis and emerging situations and possible solutions to their immediate psychological help.
The students will gain knowledge about psychological processes, which can be found in stressful situations. The students can explain reasons and are able to apply their knowledge about psychological processes which can be found in stressful situations.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge from sport psycholgy.

80% participation during lessons, participation on "stress event" from the range of Resistance Psychology, Credit test, exam.
