Course content
Themes of the lectures and seminars: 1. Introduction to the subject, the term experience in different meanings, reflexion. 2. Experimental cycle and its relation towards personal growth 3. Conception and structure of today´s classification of Experiential Pedagogy. 4. Czech and foreign important people and organizations engaged in Expertiential Pedagogy 5. Games and program activities as an educational instrument 6. Directed reflexion 7. The range of Experiential Pedagogy usage 8. Experiential pedagogy in work experience. 9. Experiential pedagogy and other related pedagogical disciplines. 10. Instructor´s personality 11. Production and safety aspects of experiential courses.

Learning outcomes
The aim is to provide a basic overview of the field of experiential education. Topics covered in this course include both in theoretical (concepts, principles, current concepts, development of experiential education), so the area more practical (play as an tool, instructor personality, production and safety aspects). The acquired knowledge will form the basis for further study of the subject focusing on the area of experiential education and its use in practice.
After passing this subject the students will have basic view of Experiential Pedagogy. They can specify basic characteristics how to organize activities connected with Experiential Pedagogy. They can use pedagogical tools and they can apply them in practice.
Prerequisites
Student must have basic knowledge from pedagogy and psychology.
