1. Gymnastics systems. 2. Gymnastics development in the Czech Republic. 3. Kinds of gymnastics. 4. Structure of motor activities in gymnastics. 5. Basics of motor acitivities technique. 6. Unusualness of motor learning in gymnastics. 7. Kinematic analysis of selected exercises (acrobatics). 8. Kinematic analysis of selected exercises (gymnastic equipment). 9. Development of motor abilities in gymnastics. 10. Creation of methodological lines in gymnastics. 11. Planning, evidence and control of training process. 12. Sports preparation. 13. Structure and efficiency of training unit. 14. Rules and preparation of gymnastics competitions. Teaching methods:

Learning outcomes
Lectures are focused on the evaluation of the structure of physical activity, techniques of selected elements and peculiarities of motor learning. Students will be introduced to planning educational activities, methodology and structure of the lesson. Lectures include basic information on the history of gymnastics in our country and the world includes the content of basic, rhythmic, sports and fitness gymnastics, gymnastics and dance.
The student: - can deal with technique and methodology of selected motor element. - can explain problems presented in preparation for oral exam.
Prerequisites
Student must have passed credit from basic and sport gymnastic before.
