1. Definition and characteristic of basic legal terms and relations 2. Development of legal relations in the range of sport, physical education and law. The survey of legal regulations in sport in the Czech Republic 3. Europian union - sport and law, international contracts and organizations in the range of sport and doping 4. Legal framework of achievement of sport acitivity 5. Sport legislative and private sports rules. 6. Business in sport, tax aspects of sports activity 7. Labour aspects of service of sport activity. 8. Legal aspects of sport in school physical education 9. Responsibility for damage during sport activity 10. Legal regulations of health injury during sport 11. Doping, banned substances in sport and their legal legislation 12. Aspects of criminal law in sport

Learning outcomes
The aim of the study-unit is to create a comprehensive view of the basic concepts and relationships in the legal aspects of physical education and sport, including related areas.
Students will be able to understand the basic law and legislation, particularly in the area of civil law, criminal law and administrative law. Students will know the basic rules regulating particular performance sport, doping punishment, liability, focusing on sport, the issue of sports contracts and will be able to respond to basic legal issues in sport.
Prerequisites
General overview of the law, including specific areas for sport.
