1st Introduction, explanation of basic rules of sports massage (clothes, massage resources, access to client) 2nd Reflexology, Sports massages, lymphatic massage, relaxation massage 3rd Neck Massage 4th Massage back 5th Massage of the lower extremities 6th Massage of the upper limbs 7th Taping

Learning outcomes
The objective of the subject is to make the students familiar with the basic types of massages (sports massage, cupping, lymphatic massage, reflexology, relax massage). Students acquire practical knowledge of sports massage including the correct masseur?s habits.
Students acquire the massage techniques and procedures. They are able to assess when the massage can be applied and when not. They are able to determine the recommendations towards the improvement of the client?s state of health.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of anatomy and interest in chosen subject.

Active 80% seminar attendance. Practical demonstration of sports massage.
