Course content
Characteristics of basic terms, the emergence and development of sport and sports training. Theory of sport performance, structure and its determinants. Sports training - a system and structure. Ingredients ST - fitness, technical, psychological, tactical training. Condition training. - The development of movement skills. Technical training Psychological preparation Tactical training. Sports training - the burden of adaptation and recovery. Construction of a dynamic sports training ST Basic management issues - planning, registration and control. Peculiarities ST children and youth. Specific sports training disabled. Nutrition and sports training Specific sports training in the sport. Use the principles of sports training to optimize motion mode

Learning outcomes
The aim of the study-unit is to provide students with theoretical knowledge of sports training and its practical implementation. The subject of sports training theory is to define the basic concepts and characteristics of sport, sports training, its formation and evolution. Furthermore, it is ranked the issue of the sports performance and sports training on terms of structure, components, and load process of adaptation, basic management issues, structure and dynamics, peculiarities of children and youth, the specifics of sports training in elite sport.
The student controls the issue of sports performance and sport training in terms of structure, components, and load process of adaptation, the basic management issues, structures and dynamics, peculiarities of children and youth, sports specific training in professional sports.

Seminar work, min. text range 2 x A4, exit at the seminar 15 minutes., knowledge of the theory of sports training in the range of lectures.
