Theoretical semanar: 1. Traffic regulations. Safety aspects during cycling, Team leading. 2. Improvement of technical skills while cycling. 3. Bike selection, equipments for cycling. 4. Preparation and bike service. 5. Preparation and cyclotouristic event organization. Practical lessons: 1. Cycling improvement on roadway and in off-road conditions. 2. Leading the cyclotouristic event according to assignment. 3. Practical activities during preparation and bike service. 4. Bike games and bike competitions. 5. To take part in cyclotourstic routes according to assignment.

Learning outcomes |
The aim of the study-unit is activities in the natural environment that can be realized with the contribution of the bicycle. The student will practice basic skills and expanding cycling, biking organizing and managing events and safety aspects. In terms of future career will be notified of the group's management principles in organizing cycling events. They also acquire knowledge about the selection og a bicycle and material equipment. They will learn to implement minor repairs, diagnose and troubleshoot problems associated with the preparation and operation of the wheel. Within hygiene are familiar with optimal dietary and drinking regime.
After passing this subject, the student: o Knows how to teach and how to develop and improve technical skills for cycling, - Can prepare and lead cyclotouristic event for group of 10 people on the roadway and in off-road conditions, - Knows traffic regulations connected with cycling and knows the safety rules connected with cyclotouristic events for children and youth, - Manage the preparation and basic bike service, - Can use cyclotouristic terminology. |

Acquired basic skills of bike riding, a good level of endurance faculties.
