Course content
Themes of the lectures and seminars: 1. History of outdoor management trainingu (OMT) 2. Today´s situarion in this issue - organizations which deal with OMT 3. Methods and principles used in OMT 4. Aims of OMT 5. Working team as a specifis social group, functional and team role 6. Possiblities of OMT to influence the roles in team, the position of manager and team leader 7. The usage of other profession in OMT (psychologist, personal consultant, etc.) 8. Suitable programme components in OMT 9. Programme offer, necessary components of the offer, content and form 10. Proceedure during offer concept of specific programme 11. Work with a client during specification of aims, content and conditions of the course. 12. Practical suggestion of a programme for specific company with specific aim.

Learning outcomes
Outdoor management training is an attractive and effective training method for building and cementing teams, development of managerial and professional competence, motivating individuals and teams and staff assessment. During the course students learn the basic techniques and strategies in the use of adventurous elements in preparation courses for managerial teams. The usability of this region is also for consultants, trainers and organizers of corporate events activities.
The students will be able to use gained knowledge and skills in the field of OMT.
Prerequisites
To pass successfully the subject called Facilitation skills and group dynamics To have knowledge from pedagogy, psychology and from the subject called Experiential pedagogy.
