Themes of the lectures and seminars: 1. Introduction to the subject, basic terminology 2. Facilitation 3. Facilitating versus expert attitude. 4. Kolb cycle of learning 5. Principles of program indication. 6. Communication, communication styles. 7. Game or model situation as a tool for development - facilitation in group. 8. Social groups - their kinds, role of individuals in the group, group dynamics. 9. Dynamic role, team role 10. Games and exercises introduction 11. Rules setting 12. Facilitation skills training - facilitation in the group

Learning outcomes
Facilitation skills are basic skills that should handle the trainer that works with any group of participants. The course topics are covering a group, group dynamics, social and functional role. Other parts are then facilitation principles and practical training in facilitation skills. Finally, students have the opportunity to practically test marketing group activities. The course provides a sufficiently deep theoretical knowledge and practical skills in-group work.
After passing this subject the students gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills while working with group. They can use this knowledge for role identification in the group. They can work with the group - to unite and strengthen the group structure. They will be able to improve their own communication abilities and communication in the group.
Prerequisites
The student must have knowledge from psychology and sociology, from Experiential Pedagogy.
