Course content
Lectures First The status of health -system TV TV - goals , tasks , resources health TV , principles of inclusion of children in health and physical education. Second Basic organizational forms of the TV . 3rd The general model of health training unit TV and the specific tasks and goals of various parts of the training unit . 4th Structure and content of the training unit at fault sagittal curvature of the spine. Principles for the selection of compensatory and restorative exercise in terms of indications and contraindications . Use of tools and equipment. 5th Structure and content of the training unit for scoliosis disorders. Principles for the selection of compensatory and restorative exercise in terms of indications and contraindications . Use of equipment and tools . 6th The construction and content of the exercise unit in disorders of the lower extremities . Principles for the selection of compensatory and restorative exercise in terms of indication and kontraindikace.Využití utensils and tools. 7th Small compensatory and restorative exercise during working hours and breaks . Application of these principles forms the primary prevention of failures and defects in the alternative motion system in the school system school-aged child and adult population. 8th Aerobic exercise - Aerobic exercise types , optimal intensity, frequency and duration of physical load during exercise endurance character , indications and contraindications of aerobic exercise in impairment of musculoskeletal and respiratory system. 9th Fitness exercises and their use in physical health education . The issue of the booster exercise in disorders and defects in the alternative motion system. 10th Relaxation exercises and their use in medical TV . Basic techniques of relaxation exercises. Methodology for practicing muscle relaxation . The relaxation response of the organism. 11th Breathing exercises and their use in disorders of the spine and the weakening of the respiratory system. Breathing techniques and their use in asthmatic patients. 12th Principles of prescribing physical activity program for medically fragile middle- aged and older . 13th Principles prescription of physical activity in the cardiovascular system. The theme of the seminars and tutorials: First Exercise Health TV unit aimed at reducing musculoskeletal system - poor posture . Second Exercise Health TV unit aimed at reducing musculoskeletal system - flat back . 3rd Exercise Health TV unit aimed at reducing musculoskeletal system - kyphotic posture. 4th Exercise Health TV unit aimed at reducing musculoskeletal system - hyperlordotické posture. 5th Exercise Health TV unit aimed at reducing musculoskeletal system - scoliosis posture. 6th Exercise Health TV unit aimed at reducing musculoskeletal system - the weakening of the lower extremities - varus position of the lower limbs. 7th Exercise Health TV unit aimed at reducing musculoskeletal system - the weakening of the lower extremities - valgus position of the lower limbs. 8th Exercise Health TV unit aimed at reducing musculoskeletal system - the weakening of the lower extremities - flat foot . 9th Exercise unit kinesiologic aimed to weaken the respiratory system - asthma, allergies , chronic bronchitis . 10th Exercise Health TV unit aimed at reducing the cardiovascular system - ischemic heart disease , myocardial infarction, angina pectoris , hypertensive disease . 11th Exercise Health TV unit focused on metabolic disorders - obesity . 12th Relaxation exercises , spinal exercise and yoga in health TV . 13th Swimming as a means of health TV .

Learning outcomes
The theoretical part includes basic knowledge concerning the collection of funds medical PE with particular types of impairment, basic knowledge of methodology in the application of selected physical education resources used in medical PE with a focus on school-age children (adults, seniors) and didactic principles in the creation of individual and group exercise programs, didactic principles of construction training units for different types of impairment. The practical part includes the actual training exercise units focusing on different types of impairment through exercises, dances, games and competitions using different types of equipment and tools (eg, balancing equipment, hoops, rods, balls, jump ropes, Wall bars, ladders, benches).
Students can organise a lesson of health P.E. for individual health weakening within the methodology rules. Students are able to create a battery of exercises with use of aids and variable conditions according to the lesson content.
Prerequisites
Student interest in the topic, basic biomedical subjects (anatomy and physiology).
