The course is an extension aquatických teaching specific skills and abilities, the application of the methodology and didactics of freediving, including theory - history, technology, methodology, didactics and technology freediving. Emphasis is placed on managing the safety aspects of teaching beginners, preparation and execution of the dive, emergency response, help and rescue.

Swimming literacy, ie, to learn basic swimming strokes, in any way in its position 400 meters in open water. Medical examination for diving.
