Course content
First Understanding the rules of rowing and tournament rules. Second Introduction to the history of rowing, both in the world and in the Czech republice.3. Getting familiar with technical terminology and adjusting rowing lodí.4. Learning outcomes
Mastering the basics of rowing racing on rowing, and paired or unpaired ship so that the student can eventually graduate academic Championship in rowing either rowing or water. Mastering the basics of strengthening the rowers. Introduction to diet and regeneration rowers.
Students completing the course acquainted with the rules of rowing tournament rules, history and basics of rowing boats adjustment. Student knows the terminology. Student handles virtually basics of rowing technique on the simulator and on the water, with help coach can take up racing boats, bounce off the platforms, continuously cover the race track in a 2000, to maneuver the ship in the fairway as coach again ASSISTED land safely. Students master the basics of strengthening the rowers.

There are no specific prerequisites required. Student must be able to swim.

80% attendance in the classroom. Test from the rules of rowing. Mastering the basics of rowing technique on the rowing machine or paired or unpaired ship. Mastering basic maneuvers with a rowing boat on the water. Continuous driving track 2,000 meters adequate intensity. Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of strength training, nutrition and recovery.
