Course content
Content, mainly based on practical training of basic elements Spinningové driving. Topics of seminars: 1st Getting the content and form of teaching. 2nd Spinning class structure. 3rd Energy Zone Endurance, Recovery 4th Energy Zone Power, Race day, Interval 5th Flat, Flat Running 6th Hills, 7th Jumps, Flat, Hills 8th Jumps in the hills 9th Intervals 10th Sprint, seated, hills. 11th Regeneration of the body. Physiological principles of a final lesson 12th The performance of credit requirements.

Learning outcomes
The content of the course is an active introduction to the Spinning program, teaching specific skills, including the necessary theory. Emphasis is placed primarily on respect for individual physical conditions of individual participants in line and the means and objectives of Spinning program.

He is able to position the client complete a training session at the dealership Spinning center.
