Learning outcomes
Familiarise students with basic modern forms of weight training, appropriate division of a unit and physiologic principles. Practice of basic modern forms of weight training.
Students master the basic forms of a weight training and form a habit of a regular physical activity.

Interest in a chosen sport activity with respect to acquiring or improving the skills.
