Course content
Lesson plan: 1.Introductory information to create individual groups, organizations and other teaching requirements. 2.Determination of individual goals for advanced beginners. 3.-5.nácvik techniques (backhand, forehand, filing a smoother transition to the game). 6.-7. Replacing gaming groups. Ongoing demands for improving the game. 8. Game in groups. Score as an incentive to increase control strikes. 9.-10. Tournament - singles, tournament - doubles 11. Other forms of implementation of table tennis. 12. Performance Evaluation of growth. 13. Credits. Proposals for further action in training to improve the game. 14. Reserve lesson.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the basic techniques used in table tennis. Another goal is to motivate students to actively operate in the sporting disciplines at other stages of their life. This subject is involved in creating habits of students for regular motion mode, which will be applied also in their subsequent teaching practice.
Students acquire the basic skills - positioning, serve, forehand, backhand, tactics. They are able to organize the table positions in a gymnastic hall, referee a match.
Prerequisites
Paddle holding, positioning, forehand, backhand, score, single/double, terminology. Interest in self-improvement.

Assessment methods and criteria

Participation in education by learning the rules of the individual faculties UJEP. Mastering basic striking techniques based on their own systematic effort. The performance increase is not the main criterion for credit. Active participation in seminars (80%)
