Learning outcomes
Make students familiar with the methods of individual skills practice, game combinations and fitness aspects of volleyball training. Form a habit of a regular physical activity.
Students will be competent to perform a volleyball warm-up and master the basic individual skills. They will be able to organize a tournament.
Prerequisites
Interest in a chosen sport activity with respect to acquiring or improving the skills. Acquisition of important knowledge.
