Practice (35 hours): Cross country skiing: classic technique, skating Downhill skiing. Lectures (5 hours): Ski and sports history, ski resorts. Czech ski school - a system of comprehensive approach to teaching, other ski schools. Cross country skiing - equipment and training and improving skiing skills. Downhill skiing - Czech ski school - equipment and training and improving skiing skills. Ski technology, equipment, equipment, lubrication skis. Workshops (6 hours): Editing and deleting ski control equipment. Analysis of video. Analysis of methodological outputs of training and improving skiing skills. Total: 46 hours

The course aims to extend skills in canoeing and cornering. It includes lectures, seminars and practical exercises for boating and turning to the extent that allows graduates to direct and manage alternative learning process.
Student after completion of the course can be described theoretically and practically demonstrate the basic arcs kročné i snožné technology and run both ways in the basic design. |
