Course content
1. Introduction to Health Physical Education 3. Diagnostics of faulty posture, tests of joint mobility 4. Stretching and compensation exercises in physical education 5. Compensating exercises without using aids 6. Compensatory exercise using balance aids 7. Coordination exercise 8. Animal flow exercise for fitness and coordination 9. Exercise on a slippery pad to strengthen the deep stability system of the spine 10. Exercise to affect joint mobility of individual body segments with elements of yoga exercises 11. Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to familiarise students with the problem of correct posture, with the health impairment seen in the current young population. In the seminars, students will become familiar with appropriate balancing exercises and the prevention of the emergence of different types of debilitation typical of this age group. They will also learn about the possibilities of using exercise games in health physical education and alternative exercises for good posture.
A student can diagnose single postural debilitations. The student understands the relationships between exercise, healthy lifestyle and good posture. The student can use a reservoir of exercises for individual muscle weakens.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology and physical education is a prerequisite for successful completion of the subject.
