Course content
|
1. Methodology of conducting exercises with music, division of didactic outputs, basic musical components - meter, measure, tempo, rhythm, dynamics, form 2.- 3. Examples of teaching units according to the structure of the physical education unit 4. - 5. Exercises without equipment - movement training, warm-up with music, or analysis of video recordings and rhythmic games 6 .- 7. Exercises with equipment - ropics, balls and hoops, or other non-traditional equipment - movement training, warming up with music, or analysis of video recordings and rhythmic games 8.-14. Examples of dances-tuned units (country and folk dances, social and modern dances, zumba, etc.) - movement training, warming up with music, or analysis of video recordings and dance games

Learning outcomes
|
Students understand the definition of the rhythmical gymnastics embedded in primary school curricula, students are aware of the application of the selected skills and knowledge used in physical education in many schools and other institutions. This will be tested via training lesson exercise with music selection from the given themes
Students are able to creatively lead different types of exercises accompanied by music without or with equipment and are able to tech primary school children specific dance moves and selected dance styles. Students are then able to apply the physical activities in education of children with special needs
