Course content
The content of the lesson is exercise units aimed at developing students' fitness. The subject will allow students to familiarise themselves with a wide range of stretching, strengthening, endurance, relaxation and relaxation exercises. Various exercise equipment is used. 1. Structure of exercise lesson, principles of endurance, strength and stretching exercises, introduction to literature 2. Aerobic exercise with music 3. Aerobic exercise with music 4. Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to develop the fitness of students with regard to health-oriented fitness, familiarise them with a wide reservoir of conditioning exercises and create the preconditions for the use of conditioning exercises in pedagogical practice.
Student will be able to work with literature and choose suitable fitness exercise to include into physical education at primary school.
