Learning outcomes

The student will get acquainted with the issue of the effect of movement on the human body (especially in childhood). Selected physiological aspects of movement (especially somatic, cardiovascular, respiratory - ventilation, effect on the musculoskeletal system) will be presented. The student will also get acquainted with the possibility of diagnosing these body indicators in children (somatic measurements, functional tests, etc.), which can be evaluated on the basis of standards or previous measured data (development over time).
Students in this course will learn about the physiological essence of physical activity for physical education practice. Be cognizant of the importance of movement for the body. It can develop harmoniously motor skills in relation to age, sex and state of health practitioners and their performance quantified according to the recommended test standards.
