Course content
1. - 2. Exercises and games for locomotive training, techniques of arm moves, leg moves, body moves and head moves, jumps, turns, balance exercises. Equipment use - skipping ropes, balls, bands, pins, rims and other nontraditional equipment. 3. Exercises and games for musical locomotive training ( locomotive presentation of basic musical elements - metrum, time, tempo, rythm, dynamics, form). 4. Basic dance steps. Basic aspects of physical tracks.

Learning outcomes
Conception of rythmic gymnastics in educational programmes, selection of locomotive means for locomotive and musical locomotive training, creation of locomotive motives acording to musical or rythmical accompaniment, use of equipment. Teaching is focused on technical, rythmical or esthetic improvment of students locomotive display, emphasis is put on development of creative relation to exercise. Possibilities of use of gained skills and knowledges at PE lessons at primary schools and in other educational institutions.
Student will gain basic knowledges and practical skills from locomotive, musical locomotive and dance training, he will orientate in modern forms of exercise with music and he will be able to choose appropriate means of gymnastic and dance character for creation of motional motives or exercises with or without equipment.

1. Show the formation without apparatus and with skipping rope and musical accompaniement - individual training according to description. 2. The knowledge of basic dance steps. 3. The knowledge of chosen rhythmical or dance games. 4. Create a movement composition. 5. Processing video from practice. 6. Written term paper.
