Course content
1. - 2. Exercise and games for motor training, technique of arm movement, leg movement, chest and head movement, jumps, turns, balance exercise 3.-4. Compositions without tools. 5. - 6. Exercises with tools / skipping ropes, swords, hoops, ribbons, cones and other, non-traditional tools / - basic positions and movements. 7. - 8. Movement compositions with equipment. 9. - 14. Basic dance steps of various dance styles / social, country, folk, modern, etc. dance / and creation of simple choreography with music

Learning outcomes
After finishing this course the student gain the basic view of suitable motoric means to musical motoric training. The student will learn how to create motoric movements according to musical or rhytmical guidance. The student will also learn which equipment is suitable for exercises of junior pupilage. Teaching is focused on technical, rhytmical and aesthetical motoric development. The lessons insist on development of creative bearing on movement.
Student will be able to apply obtained knowledge and practical skills from motor, music-motor and dance training into teaching process of physical education, will have outline of modern form of exercises with music and will be able to choose suitable motor means of gymnastic or dance character for creation of motor motives or performance without or with equipment.
