Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the types of physical exercise depending on the intensity and the opportunity to practice with the music, in general: types of stretching, stretching, aerobic exercise with and without equipment, free weights and compensatory exercises to maintain physical fitness / cardiovascular fitness, muscle balance and body fat reduction /.
Student is able to distinguish the different types of stretching and exercise in the aerobic zone, apply selected exercises to reduce or enhance the selected portion of the human body and is aware of the positive effect of physical activity on the body.
