Course content

Consultation: 1. Theory of law. 2. Constitutional law. 3. Criminal law. 4. Administrative law. 5. School legislation. Self-study: Procedural and substantive law. International law. Civil Law. Public and private law. The student will become familiar with Act No. 1/1993 Coll. and dated 2/1993 Coll. and one book from the study literature on the subject of their choice.

Learning outcomes
|
The aim of teaching the subject is to provide students with basic information regarding the use of legal standards for pedagogues, which can be used in pedagogical practice.
Expertise: The student has a basic knowledge of the legal system and individual branches with a focus on pedagogues. Professional skills: The student is capable of solving a given legal problem and the ability to navigate the judicial environment of the Czech Republic. General qualifications: The student is competent to provide basic legal assistance in the event of a legal problem.
