Quantitative research methodology. 3. Hypotheses in quantitative research. 4. Set of respondents and method in quantitative research. 5. Hypothesis testing. 6. Statistical tests. 7. The subject is designed as theoretical and practical. It assumes the application of knowledge and skills acquired in nursing and humanities subjects and a certain level of creativity. Leads students to critical scientific thinking: understanding the need and importance of a scientific approach in nursing. It introduces them to the latest trends in nursing research with a focus on evidence-based practice and the selection of appropriate methods, processing and evaluation of results.
Expertise: Students know the principles of quantitative and qualitative research and the specifics of research in nursing, including the latest trends, and understand evidence-based practice. Professional skills: Students are able to prepare a scientific project, are able to perform complete data collection and perform selected statistical analyzes using selected software programs. General qualifications: The student understands the importance of scientific work in nursing and is able to adequately apply the principles of scientific work in nursing. |
