Supervision as informal learning and its purpose. 4. Functions and objectives of supervision. 5. Types, approaches and forms in supervision. 6. Models of supervision, methods of supervision including health care. 7. Culture of organization and supervision. 8. Supervision in organization and supervision for organization - difference in supervision and management in an organization. 9. Case supervision in an organization, team supervision. Seminar Topics: 1. A system of support and assistance in the organization, support and assistance system for the worker. 2. Burnout syndrome and boredom syndrome - supervision as prevention, types, approaches and forms of supervision - examples of good practice. 3. Supervision Contract and Supervision Plan in Health - Document Design, Supervision Methods and Techniques. 4. Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the topic of supervision as a way of educating workers and developing their skills. The course acquaints students with the development of supervision, its definition and purpose. It will also deal with the topics of approaches and models in supervision and its methods. Finally, the focus will be on the supervision process in practice.
Expertise: The student understands the necessity of the system of support and assistance in organization and supervision. It also understands its models and can describe its development, its functions for workers and for the organization. Professional skills: Student knows the importance of regular supervision for workers on the basis of knowledge and skills, as well as the organization culture and team. Student can recognize situations where it is necessary to implement supervision in an organization as an intervention. The skills they acquire at the seminar do not allow the student to supervise, but through these skills they can identify which model, approach and techniques are suitable for solving workers' problems.
