Lecture Topics: 1. Characteristics of manager-leader 2. Managerial personality - managerial position, features of managerial work 3. Competence, skills of manager 4. Managerial functions, general principles of managerial work, management styles 5. Organization of manager work, self-management, time management 6. Relationship of manager to subordinates 7. Interpersonal role of manager, information role of manager 8. Decision-making role of manager, organizational role of manager 9. Motivation role of manager, ethical behavior of manager, 10. Image of a manager Seminar topics: They correspond to the topics of the lectures at the level of skills and experience, strengthen application proficiency in specific cases and strengthen gaining confidence in professional management of individual managerial roles. It creates a comprehensive approach for individual management levels in the organization.

Learning outcomes
The subject acquaints students with general requirements for manager as a leader (competencies, skills, functions, principles and styles of management) and his relation to subordinates. It will prepare students for the professional management of basic managerial roles - interpersonal, information, decision-making, organizational and motivational. Students will learn how to manage time in ethical behavior and how the manager behaves in public.
Expertise: The student is able to describe and explain individual managerial roles - interpersonal, informational, decision-making, organizational and motivational. He knows the general requirements for a manager as a manager who uses them to manage subordinates. Professional skills: Students will learn self-management and professionally manage individual managerial roles in relation to subordinate workers
