Learning outcomes
The course is focused on the development of professional, pedagogical and psychosocial competencies in the preparation of teaching and in the teaching of specialized subjects at higher vocational medical school and secondary medical school. It focuses on teaching subjects closely related to the performance of the nursing profession: - Anatomy and physiology, somatology - Nursing, nursing procedures, theories of nursing - Psychology and communication - Clinical propaedeutics - First aid - Nursing of patients, nursing practice - Health education
Competences: 1. Project competence - the student plans the lesson, performs a didactic analysis of the curriculum, sets the learning objectives, prepares the preparation for the lesson. 2. Implementation competence - the student leads the teaching according to the prepared plan, uses a wide range of methods with emphasis on active learning of students, differentiates and individualizes teaching according to the needs of students, uses modern didactic technologies. 3. Reflective competences - the student evaluates the taught teaching unit with respect to the planned and achieved goals.
