Recommended performances: 1. Strategy and operational organization issues: -Budgeting -Health care planning in relation to payments from health insurance, -Health care reporting to payers -Monitoring of DRG and system of reimbursement of acute inpatient care -Control Activities - financial controlling and client controlling -Comparing the organization's strategic plan to the annual plan. -Build a press release 2. Human Resources: -How to find employees -Assessing and motivating people -Systemizing jobs -Wage expenditure planning and salary assessment of the employee 3. Quality: -Cooperation in developing standards of care, process standards -Planning and participation in internal QMS audits -Quality indicators and their measurement

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to prepare non-medical healthcare professionals to perform managerial roles and functions and strengthen their capabilities to effectively develop the profession, to develop personalities and organizations in the healthcare sector by acquiring the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills. In connection with the acquired theoretical knowledge to develop practically usable habits in the area of operational - organizational, human resources and in the issue of quality monitoring.
Expertise: They will be able to effectively develop their professional field, co-create concepts and plans for the development of the organization at the level of middle and lower management, at the level of quality management in the organization. The student will be prepared to hold managerial roles and perform managerial functions in private practice and nursing homes. Professional practice takes place at workplaces according to the list of workplaces with which the FZS has a contractual relationship. Professional skills: Student in the field of organization and development of medical facilities will shadow the work of middle and lower management
