Course content
Seminar topics: 1st consultation: Subjective and objective assessment in the teacher's work, effectiveness of feedback in the teacher's work Before the 1st seminar - hand in a reflective diary recording specific pedagogical situations from the course of one's own pedagogical practice, describing important thoughts, feelings, attitudes and reactions that were essential for the listeners during the practice. 2nd consultation: Teachers' concept of teaching - confrontation of own concept with the teachers' standard and reality. Before the 2nd seminar - hand in a portfolio task - Teachers' concept of teaching - presentation of own idea about the concept of the subject matter, pedagogical goals, pedagogical methods, concept of the pupil and the class, concept of own person, concept of the role of a teacher. Self-study: Work with problematic pupils and students. Effectiveness of feedback in the teachers' work. The professional role of the teacher and the reality of practice. Work with basic curriculum documents in practice - monitoring and evaluation of observables strategies for the development of the key competences.

Learning outcomes
The subject is designed as an exercise reflecting the students' pedagogical practice. The aim of the subject is preparation, implementation and reflection of the teaching of individual students in the position of a teacher in the conditions of a real classroom of a secondary medical school or a vocational medical school. The seminars are mainly focused on the analysis of ones' own pedagogical practice, the sharing of experiences and practical knowledge, the analysis of pedagogical phenomena and situations with which the student is confronted during practice.
Expertise: The student is oriented in the FEP (framework educational program), knows how to work with the FEP, is able to methodically process and practically implement a specific lesson. The student is able to apply the knowledge acquired in subject didactics to the environment of his own teaching practice. Professional skills: Student is able to design and conduct lessons in accordance with the requirements of the Educational and Training Program, the level of pupils or students, and to choose appropriate teaching methods and adequate didactic resources. Student is able, on the basis of self-reflection, broader discussion and confrontation with the opinions of other students, including the seminar leader, to draw conclusions leading to the correction of his own pedagogical activity. General qualifications: Student is able to reflect on his own experience gained during practice, not only to apply theoretical knowledge in practice, but also to adapt educational activities based on its' self-reflection.
