Course content
Lecture Topics: 1. Disposal, dispensarization, prevention, treatment in gynecological cancer patients 2. Individual gynecological surgical techniques 3. Preoperative patient preparation and postoperative care 4. Treatment of incontinence IVF 5. Disorders of hpothalomo-pituitary axis 6. Treatment of gynecological inflammation Disorders of female sexuality Exercise Topics: 1. Midwife care for a woman with oncogynecological disease Midwife care for a woman undergoing little gynecological performance 2. Midwife care for a woman undergoing a major gynecological surgery 3. Midwife care for a woman after laparoscopic surgery; Midwife care for a woman after epidural analgesia 4. Midwife care for a woman with postoperative complications 5. Caring for a midwife with a woman with incontinence 6. Caring for a midwife with a woman with external genital inflammation; Midwife care for a woman with inflammatory breast disease Midwife care for a woman with a disorder of female sexuality

Learning outcomes
The course is designed as a theoretical-practical unit for midwives who care for a woman during her life. The course is a part of a complex of basic vocational subjects for the midwifery field, which acquaints students with the latest findings in the clinical field of gynecology. The course includes selected chapters in the field of gynecology. The aim of the course is to consolidate the acquired knowledge and to apply it in real contact with women.
Expertise: The student demonstrates a wide knowledge of oncogynecology, is able to recognize the clinical symptoms of oncological disease of the female reproductive organs. It demonstrates wide knowledge in the field of operative gynecology, demonstrates wide knowledge in the field of urogynecology. Can recognize clinical signs of inflammatory disease of female reproductive organs and is familiar with hormonal disorders of the female reproductive system. Professional skills: The student is able to carry out the nursing process for a woman with oncogynecological disease, is able to implement a nursing process in a woman undergoing gynecological surgery, is able to prepare and evaluate the education of a woman undergoing gynecological surgery and can evaluate and care for the surgical wound. They can prepare and evaluate the education of a woman with inflammatory disease of the female reproductive organs and prepare and evaluate the education of a woman with urinary incontinence. General competences: The student is able to implement the acquired professional knowledge and skills into clinical practice.
