Learning outcomes
The course targets the problem of self-esteem, and healthy self-esteem development. Students get theoretical background in the field of self-esteem and its development in the frame of gender, as well as they obtain practical skills how to develop healthy self-esteem. The base for the theoretical background and practical training is mainly humanistic psychology.
Students know the theoretical background of self-esteem and its development and they can cope with their own self-esteem and self-esteem of the others in the direction to develop healthy self-esteem.
Absolving the course introduction into psychology/general psychology
