Course content
Lectures: 1. The stage of socialization ( Erikson ) psychosocial support positive solution of conflicts . Second Self-concept and self-esteem , EQ . 3. Social perception, elimination of errors in social perception . 4. Objectives groups and work with the goals , values ??and value system . 5. Social standards and work with them . 6. Social roles and positions , identifying social positions. Transient seventh and netranzitorní crisis in the family. 8. Effective communication , transactional analysis in practice. 9. Faults communication. 10. Solving conflicts. 11th Frustration and deprivation and to reduce any negative impacts . 12th Stress, adaptation doping . 13. Application of social psychological methods of research and practice .

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the socio-psychological issues with a particular focus on self-knowledge and self-development, knowledge of the relationship between the individual and small social group of which the individual is a member, acquaintance with the possibilities and ways of managing social groups together with the use of adequate means of communication in interaction with the social environment. Student also penetrates into the problems of difficult situations. The lecture complements the theoretical base of listeners and, together with the knowledge gained self prerequisite for successful practical work in workshops.
The listener can explain the socio- psychological issues focused primarily on understanding the nature of socialization individuals , the relationship between the individual and small social group . Can recognize and eliminate errors in social perception , analyzes the structure of social groups and group dynamics and knows how to use technology to effect positive development social groups and individuals with a tendency to reinforce its identity , can effectively manage social group. Can explain family issues and dysfunctional families and are able to eliminate the effects of a dysfunctional family effects on the individual. controls Principles of effective communication , communication barriers can analyze and use adequate means of communication interaction with the social environment in line with the objectives of communication. It has an overview of the methods of social psychology and is able to adequately use
