Learning outcomes
The course is an introduction to basic techniques of communication. Students will become familiar with those techniques in theory plane, but the emphasis is on the practical application.
Students know the importance of goals and modes of communication, they can apply speech registers, known communication barriers. They manage to apply theoretical knowledge in practice - are able to resist the manipulation of the communication barriers.
