The content focus of observational practice is based on the so far insufficient theoretical and practical equipment of students. The course is designed so that in a regular interval of 14 days, the observational practice at the faculty or cooperating kindergarten alternates with teaching. The main goal is set so that students should get to know the activities of kindergarten comprehensively as an educational institution with all external and internal problems, get to know children and the class as a social group and get to know different concepts of teacher work. At the same time, pedagogical practice provides an opportunity for self-awareness, for reflection on one's own dispositions and motives for the teaching profession, for the formation of attitudes towards the profession and for professional identification.
