Course content
Students will learn the basic legal concepts. They will learn the concept of law and its classification, sources of law, sources of law school. Generally will be familiar with the concepts of National Education Programme, framework and school educational programs, educational system. It will then be consulted system of schools and school facilities and within types of schools, types of schools. Types of school facilities. Explained the concept of Criminal school enrollment and legal persons in it. The practical part of the education law in terms of the education of children, pupils and students with special educational needs, evaluation of education in schools and school facilities. At the end of the thematic plan of the course will be discussed scope of local government units in the areas of education, rights and duties of heads of schools and school facilities, educational funding and scope of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.

Learning outcomes
The student knows the basic legal regulations in the field of legislation on education and human rights issues. Students are familiar with the applicable statutory regulations, forming a legislative framework for the work of the teacher. The student knows the laws governing the conditions for education of children and students with special educational needs. The student is well versed in human rights issues and recognizes the importance of their implementation and the importance of equal access to education.
