Course content
The course consists of two block Desk, preceded hour informational seminar. First principles of good execution excursions, practical information on upcoming field trips. 2nd Visit to biologically valuable sites with an emphasis on living and inanimate nature. Third excursion into the intensively used cultural landscapes with an emphasis on environmental issues.

Learning outcomes
In this course, the practical use the knowledge acquired by students during their study of high school and Integrated Natural Sciences I. - III. Content compulsory elective course consists of a pair of excursions. One is more focused on understanding the animate and inanimate nature Bohemian Uplands, exploring and identifying common species of plants and other natural objects and the possibility of their use in the classroom. An integral part of the excursion is a practical orientation in the field. The second excursion is more focused on environmental issues, the objective is cultural landscape with colorful examples of its use and eventual devastation. The concrete examples of the topics discussed here, forming a crucial part of the course Integrated Natural Sciences III.
Student will be able to learn basic kinds of wild plants in our area, can discuss the possibility of using natural objects found in the teaching. Can be oriented in the field using tourist maps and use GPS navigation. Can identify basic environmental problems of the Czech cultural landscape, can make informed debate about them.
