Course content
1. First aid, general rules of the first aid and requirements on the rescuer. 2. Responsibility of the teachers for the safety of the children. Register of accidens at school. 3. Basic orientation and technique for treating unconsciousness and faintness. 4. Urgent cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Practical training by ABC rules. Getting to know the functions of the AED. 5. Shock (the causes, symptoms). Practical training: anti-shocking measures) - (5T). 6. Wounds and stopping of the bleeding. (Practical training: treatment of massive bleeding, foreign bodies in wounds, bleeding from bodily orifices). Protection of the rescuer from the diseases transmitted by blood. Internal bleeding. 7. Grave injurie: of the brain and skull, injuries of spinal cord, spine, abdomen, pelvis, injuries of the long bones and joints. Burning, scalding and acid burning, electric shock, frostbite. 8. Grave acute states of health (States of the sudden shortness of breath, convulsions, sudden states of metabolic disorders - hypoglycaemia, hyperglycaemia etc., acute abdomen attacks, vascular attacks, toothache.) 9. Caring for children with chronic non infectious diseases. 10. Acute poisonings (Poisonings caused by food, pharmaceutics and drugs, toxic plants and mushrooms, snake-bite.) 11. Injuries caused by animals (bite, sting). 12. Introduction to the technique of bandage - practical training. Transfer of the wounded persons and setting into positions. 13. Human protection in emergencies and extraordinary situations.

Learning outcomes
Ethical and legitimate norms always been favors first aid at the forefront of the civil and moral duties. First aid is often complicated by the fact that people, life-saving actions they have learned in the courses, often forget, and the general rules for first aid, especially for resuscitate (the resurrection) periodically edit according to the latest findings of medical science (for the last 8 years has been updated 2x). The aim is deepen and update the knowledge, which student acquired on high school, respectively on elementary school. Emphasis is placed on practical skills. The course also deals with the protection of persons in emergency situations.
After completing the course, students will be able to provide first aid for injuries affected and acute conditions, will know how to register injuries and will be able to teach pupils on Elementary school general first aid. It will also be able to effectively deal with the protection conferred on persons in emergency situations.
