Course content
Framework of lectures, seminars, group consultations and self-study Motivational introduction, selected examples of digital technologies in modern special pedagogy, local, network and cloud solutions, specifics of special pedagogical applications for common operating systems (Windows, Android, iOS). ? The current development of digital technologies and its educational implications, trends, the BYOD concept, digital literacy. ? Functional Digital Literacy, Competencies, Standards and FEP, 21st Century School, Digital Education Strategy for 2020. ? Elearning in Learning Process, LMS Moodle, Webinar, MOOC. ? Learning Objects Store (DUM RVP, Khan Academy), Project Teaching, Digital Stories, eTwinning. ? ICT in formal, informal and informal education of people from a socio-culturally disadvantaged environment. ? ICT in education at primary school. ? ICT in the education of pupils with special educational needs. ? Use ICT to compensate for impaired functions. ? Digital Education Strategy for the upcoming period.

Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes of the course unit Students will become familiar with the possibilities of using ICT in special pedagogy in the context of existing framework educational programs, digital education strategies by 2020, current world trends (eg MOOC - mass open online courses) and specialized special pedagogical applications. Educational content will first be presented on theoretical level, then the students will learn how to work with selected applications. Learning materials are targeted electronically - text documents, multimedia presentations and lectures, and teaching applications, and the learning method is blended e-learning. In the course, the theoretical acquaintance with the basic principles and basics of practical application control will be developed in the course of the practical exercises, which will be developed and deepened separately in the preparation of their own online educational projects (students without home computers with broadband Internet access will be available as an alternative PC room at the UJEP campus).
Students are familiar with the current digital educational applications, their influence pedagogical paradigms and the possibilities of their application in the educational process. Students can work with selected digital technologies and can practically use them in the educational process (Moodle, webinar, DUM RVP). According to the models, he can design and process educational material for LMS Moodle. Students are familiar with the specifics of using digital technologies in educating people with special educational needs, including people from a socio-culturally disadvantaged environment.

Basic user knowledge of ICT.

Participation in webinars - on-line audiovisual control + active participation. Expert blog post - teacher reviews + peer review by 3 other students. Elaboration of educational material for LMS Moodle, which will be presented in the course of credit.
