Factors affecting the relationship of man to work. 7. Managerial leadership styles. 8. Organisation of work. 9. Development and evaluation of employees. 10. Creation of evaluation criteria. 11. Salaries and employee benefits. 12. Employee relations - collective labor relations. 13. Presentation of seminar papers students. 14. Evaluation of seminars, credit.

The course introduces students to the basic concepts of management and leadership theory; with the theory of motivation, evaluation and remuneration of employees and new trends in particular. The course will apply the theoretical bases of leadership on human resource development in kindergarten. Case studies are explain better the course content to the students. Student describes the concept of management theory and management of people, their relevance to management. Defines the management styles of leadership, motivation to work; clarifies and explains the area of recruitment. Can explain the main importance of employee evaluation and is able to describe basic evaluation criteria.
