Course content
1. Introduction and program of the course, an introduction to the aims and content, with a recommended expanding literature. Credit requirements. Labor laws. 2. Labour relations. 3. Employment contracts, creation of employment, changes and exit. 4. Agreements on work performed outside employment. 5. Travel reimbursement, vacation, work breaks, 6. Other issues of labor law. 7. Education Act - the area of preschool education. 8. Index of schools and school facilities, the responsibilities of local governments in education. 9. Mandatory school documentation. 10. Decree of kindergarten and other implementing regulations. 11. Note of the Act on Educational Staff - Educational Workers kindergarten. 12. The Director schools and educational institutions - the state administration. Other issues of school law 13. Evaluation seminars. Common discussion of case studies of students.

Learning outcomes
Students will acquire basic knowledge of labour law, which are important for every pedagogical staff and school employee and school facilities. Basic knowledge of the sector of labor law is extended by information from those parts of the Labour Code, which are directly related to labor-law relations in education. The second part is devoted to the Education Law, because to know it is an important prerequisite not only for management functions at school. Highlighted are both the legislative field of preschool education (Education Act and implementing regulations) and the Act on Educational Staff. The seminar is also the possibility of solving case studies in the field of administrative law applied to decision-making processes in kindergarten. Students are familiar with the basic terminology of labour and school law of preschool education. Students acquire basic knowledge regarding the rights and obligations of employers and employees and are familiar with the documents relating to early childhood education. Students are familiar with the key competencies and executive director in kindergartens with regard to the new trends in our country and in the world.
