Course content
1) Introduction - introduction to credit requirements, recommended literature. 2) Introduction to ethical issues in an attempt to practical philosophy. 3) Ethics as a separate philosophical discipline. 4) Three model of freedom and ethics. 5) Decision-making and accountability as part of ethics. 6) Happiness and bliss in ethical education. 7) The Idea of good and ethical realism. 8) sens moral and ethical education. 9) Intergenerational Relations (ageism) and ethics. 10) Last Things (death) and ethics. 11) The meaning of human existence as an ethical problem. 12) Suffering and illness in ethical education. 13) Ethics, People and institutions. Ethics Education as a school subject in Czech schools. 14) Credit test.

Learning outcomes
The course should become put into basic philosophical problems of ethics. One of the goals of future teachers will lead to a culture of moral consciousness, feeling, and behavior, as well as the orientation of the plurality problem today, due to the generally applicable principles of natural morality. On the one hand, the course systematically put into the main topics of general ethics (the relationship of knowledge and volition, the relationship of morality and morality, good and evil, outer and inner freedom, conscience, moral law, human dignity and fundamental human rights), on the other hand it will be given basic historical overview of major ethical theories and their argumentation practices from ancient Greece to the present day (sophistry, Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, ancient hedonism, Christian ethics, utilitarianism, Kant, existentialist ethics, ethics of discourse and communication, ethics, accountability, analytical ethics ). It should, however, be merely a gallery of diverse views on ethical issues in the history and the present, but also to emphasize the importance of these various ethical solutions for contemporary man, which intrinsically ethical concern. There will therefore first in the history of the same, but the insight problems and possibilities of the human being for us as heirs of European culture and the wearer. Emphasis will be placed on linking theoretical knowledge of ethics and their practical use in hours of ethics.
Student demonstrates the ability to ethical and moral imagination, empathetic thinking, tolerance and respect for the attitudes and opinions of others. Understand the ethical context of human life and describes the basic concepts related to ethics and ethical theories. Defines ethical theories and their conclusions can practically over. Students are able to apply their knowledge in the field of education and training in relation to the educational process of students. Creatively is able to access the conception of the subject of ethics education, can appropriately select the methods and forms of teaching ethics with regard to age, ability and socio-moral background of pupils' families. The student demonstrates the ability to measure systematically and objectively evaluate the results of training students to design, implement and evaluate diagnostic process of the educational impact of ethics, adopt adequate findings and collaborate with school guidance facilities.
