Course content
The course is determined by 7 ours contact teaching. Topics marked ztučněným letters be delivered within contact teaching. Other topics will be the subject of a separate study based on mandatory and recommended reading and study support. Table of Contents: 1. Introduction to the course content, recommended and extended study literature and exam requirements. 2. Pre-school education, its transformation and current concepts in RVP PV with respect to the content of education and innovation. 3. Implementation content of preschool education in kindergarten practice. 4. Innovative educational programs: Start with VP, VP Healthy kindergarten, etc. - Specifics of these programs. 5. Designing and planning educational activities in kindergarten. Preparing teachers for educational activities. 6. Activity and experiential orientation of preschool education (activity processes and activity products, principles of activity-oriented teaching) 7. Organizational form of teaching preschool. A more detailed description of organizational forms in terms of managing the educational activities of children. 8. Teaching methods as a means of achieving educational objectives 9. Didactic game and its place in preschool education 10. Pedagogical communication as a means of interaction between teacher and child. 11. Educational Diagnostics child in kindergarten. The nature and objective diagnosis of preschool age, the field of diagnosis of the child. 12. Evaluation of the child in kindergarten. Portfolio child. 13. Evaluation in kindergarten. The importance of self-reflection for working teachers. 14. Evaluation of student portfolios.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is prepare students for the theoretical and practical organizing and conducting educational process in nursery school. The course focuses on developing skills to plan and to create the different pedagogical-didactic activities aimed at comprehensive development of the child's personality, to develop competencies child on solving standard pedagogical situations. The student proves basic knowledge of curricula for preschool education and control skills to apply this knowledge when working with children. Plans, implements and evaluates educational and training activities with children in nursery school, based on the pedagogical methods of diagnosis and provides individualized approach to children and contributes to the optimal development of children. Management of selected educational activities, methods and forms of work can justify and defend. Performs assessment of achievements of children and self-reflection of their work.
Student demonstrates basic knowledge of curricula for preschool education and control skills to apply this knowledge when working with children.
