- Digital technology - Using the Internet in the work of a teacher of a kindergarten. - Interactive boards in kindergartens. - Tablets and other touch devices in kindergartens. - Additional multimedia facilities at the kindergarten. - Algorithms in everyday life. - Possibilities of developing algorithmic thinking. - Cross-curricular Relations - Mathematical Programmability (spatial orientation development) - Software for children. - Children's programming languages. - Digital and robotic toys. - Teaching methods and forms using digital technologies. - Safe work with digital technologies in kindergarten. - Digital technologies in kindergarten life - Organization of managed activities with digital technologies in groups. - Digital corner. - Self-creation of pupils using digital technologies.

Learning outcomes
The course prepares nursery school teachers to develop children's information thinking. The aim is to prepare teachers for what methods and procedures they can use to support information thinking in relation to mathematical literacy. The student should generally understand the meaning of digital technology, be able to use digital technology to support the development of children's skills to play and learn.
After graduating the subject, the student should: ? Be able to use the knowledge of developmental psychology in planning children's activities with digital technologies, ? Understand the importance of the development of algorithmic thinking, ? Be able to methodologically process specific activity leading to the development of information thinking, ? Present the processed activity within the seminar, ? Know and observe the principles of safety and hygiene when working with

Assessment methods and criteria

- Active participation in seminars. - Creating an activity including a worksheet focusing on the development of children's information thinking (using a robotic toy or educational software). - Analysis of the state of use of digital technologies at a particular nursery school (use in the educational process, in cooperation with parents) and proposal of the development of the analyzed kindergarten from the point of view of digital technologies. - Continuous performance of partial tasks.
