1 Civic education - state strategy. 2 Civic education - RVP and ŠVP. 3 - 4 Philosophy of education in the Czech environment (Jan Patočka, Radim Palouš). 5 - 6 Education as a humanizing element of society. 7 - 8 Education as transcending imperfection. 9 Responsibility as an imperative. 10 Teacher and student - mutual relationship. 11 - 12 Historical story as an element of (self) education. 13 - 14 "Principle" of illustration.

Learning outcomes |
The aim of the course is to emphasize the value dimension of social sciences and its transformation in the educational system. The central theme is the reflection of the Czech philosophy of education represented especially by Radim Palouš. Students will try to interpret their own basic topics of school pedagogy and their application in civic education.
Students will gain the following professional knowledge and skills: 1) Basic overview of the state strategy in the field of civic education and its anchoring in curricular documents. 2) Basic overview of the topics of Czech philosophy of education. 3) Actively interprets basic texts in the field of philosophy of education. 4) Individual topics are reflected in the school practice. 5) Transforms selected topics into educational content. |
