Learning outcomes |
The course aims to introduce the current so-called extremist scene, right and left, to highlight its emergence and development in the history of the French Revolution to the present, including a link to the totalitarian and authoritarian regimes.
Student gains the following expertise: - Learn to understand the political spectrum, including its extremes - Learn to identify the basic attributes of the various ideologies, including extreme - Acquire a basic overview of the key concepts and theories of racism, anti-Semitism and nationalism - Able to distinguish between Nazism and Fascism, respectively. Neo-Fascism and neo-Nazism - Able to distinguish between the different currents within Marxism and anarchism |
