Course content
Lecture topics: 1. consultation Radiology as a medical field, X-rays. Contrast agents, reactions to their administration and treatment of allergic reactions. Sciagraphy and fluoroscopy, computed tomography. 2. consultation Ultrasonic diagnostics, magnetic resonance imaging. Interventional radiology. Self-study: Basics of nuclear medicine.

Learning outcomes
This subject is theoretical. It acquaints students with professional activities and contents of fields: radiodiagnostics, radiology and nuclear medicine, interdisciplinary cooperation and radiation protection.
Expertise: Students will be acquainted with the various types of these methods and the instruments by which these tests are performed. He has basic information about imaging methods and their potential risks to humans. Professional skills: It is able to take care about patients before and after the imaging examination.
