Framework scope of practice: A general nurse can perform, without expert supervision, on the basis of a doctor's or dentist's indication of preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitation, urgent, palliative and dispensary care activities. |
Professional practice is focused on nurse work in internal and surgical wards, students work under the direct guidance of a mentor. Getting to know the operation of inpatient ENT units, infection, eye, gynecology, oncology. Based on the fulfillment of the general nurse's profession, the number of hours of professional experience may be reduced for students / Decree No. 39/2005 Coll. , they practice the profession of nurse.
Expertise: The student demonstrates knowledge of nursing procedures and the theory of nursing, which can be applied in practice through nursing plans and nursing interventions. Professional skills: The student is able to implement nursing care by the nursing process method, is able to work with medical documentation and is a valid member of the medical team.
