Learning outcomes
The subject provides basic information about of biophysics. It introduces students with the application of biophysics in medical diagnostics and therapeutic methods. Students will acquire basic information about the physical differences in individual methods and their biological effects. The aim of the course is to introduce the students with selected areas of biophysics: basic knowledge of physics and the issue of its application in medicine.
Subject Knowledge: Students will acquire basic terminology, knowledge and the nature of the physical processes in the human body. Professional Skills: Students are able to explain in terms of biophysics selected processes in the human body and describe the principles of physical function devices with which they will come into contact during clinical training.
